We place great emphasis on investing in all of our people so that our clients’ experience exceeds expectations. We do this in a number of ways:
Our personnel undergo ongoing training in order to keep up with the latest technology, cleaning methods and products, and health and safety legislation. If we feel anyone is falling short of the skills needed to undertake their duties, we act immediately and never hold back when it comes to investing in this important area. We hold various licenses, such as IPAF (International Powered Access Federation), and have IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) members on the team. These are highly specialist skills which we fully support with ongoing investment in the appropriate equipment and training.
We also promote training in effective communication, because to us, this is a very valuable attribute and something that many of our clients comment upon as one of the reasons they continue to engage us.
